King's Indian Attack
Nf3, g3, Bg2, castling, d3 and e4. White uses the same set-up against most defences and often pushes e5 to cramp Black, especially against French and Sicilian set-ups. A kingside attack often follows, with the knight coming to f1 and h4 or f4.
